Definitions

In these terms, "we" or "Limburg Cyber Group" means the service provider, and "client" means the party entering into an agreement with us.

These terms apply to all quotes, agreements and services of Limburg Cyber Group, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Quotes are without obligation and valid for 30 days. An agreement is formed after written confirmation.

Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.

We deliver our services to the best of our insight and ability. Agreed deadlines are indicative, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Both parties keep confidential information secret and use it solely for the purpose for which it was provided.

Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant assignment, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Dutch law applies to our agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Limburg district.
