How much time does manual work cost your business?
Retyping invoices, scheduling appointments, answering the same emails again and again. Enter what your team does by hand today and see straight away how many hours and euros that costs per year, and what automation can realistically deliver. No email address needed.
What does your team do by hand today?
Add each recurring task with how often it happens and how long it takes. The minutes are a starting point: adjust them to how it works in your business.
Assumptions

Why it is worth working out
Small tasks add up
Five minutes per invoice feels like nothing. Multiply by forty invoices a week and a whole year, and you are soon talking about weeks of work.
Time is not the only gain
Manual work brings typos, delays and work nobody enjoys. That gain is not in the sum, but it is often just as valuable.
Decide on numbers
With a well-founded estimate you can see where automation delivers the most, and where it is not worth the effort.
How we calculate
1. Time per year
Times per week × minutes each × working weeks per year. That shows what each task costs today.
2. What you can automate
By default we count 60% of that time, because checks and exceptions stay human work. Think it is more or less? Adjust it.
3. What it is worth
Hours saved × hourly cost. Add an investment and monthly costs and you also see after how many months it pays for itself.
This is an estimate based on your own input, not a quote or a guarantee. Fewer errors, faster turnaround and happier staff are not in the calculation. Your input stays in your browser: nothing is stored or sent unless you choose to send us your calculation.
